Critic O. Latunsky

  • Probably based off two people: Bulgakov's enemy Osaf Litovsky, the president of the theatrical repertoire committee, and Alexander Orlinsky, who called a resistance against “Bulgakovism.”
  • In M&M, Margarita proclaims her hatred for the man. When she transforms into a witch, she enters Latunsky's apartment and completely trashes it
  • Apartment no. 84 is in fact the exact apartment Litovsky lived in.
